This koi painting was one of three I found in a larger painting that didn't work for me. I didn't like them at first--they're more complex and subtle than previous fish paintings-- but I'm starting to really like them.

Being a little on the prudish side, I didn't rent this movie for a long time because of the title, but I got it free with a current DVD (National Treasure) that I actually got so bored by that I quit watching. But Dirty Pretty Things was a wonderful surprise.

I'm just back from a trip to visit some of the galleries and bookstores that carry my work in West Michigan, and my new, just-printed FISH THERAPY cards were a big hit!
